Norte Joven

Mission

The MISSION of Norte Joven is to encourage the personal development and socio-occupational integration of socially disadvantaged persons through their training and access to employment and public awareness programmes.

We work with the VISION of achieving true equality of opportunities in terms of rights, access to the resources a society has to offer and the exercise of civic duties, offering other training alternatives for the all-round development of persons who suffer from social exclusion.

All the interventions of the organization are based on our starting VALUES:

COMMITMENT: Institutional and personal commitment to a training proposal that responds to social and labor demands, and to the achievement of quality of life.
IMPROVEMENT: We strive for each person to get the best of themselves, focusing on those who have had fewer opportunities.
EQUITY: We fight against inequalities, attending to individual needs with justice as a fundamental reference.
