A very special menu

Prepared, plated and served by our kitchen and dining room students just as we do everything here, with all our love, uniqueness and good work.

Our offer is based on seasonal products, traditional dishes that we reinvent and transform to give them their own identity. Configuring a healthy and sustainable gastronomic proposal, which offers a range of unique specialties.

A culinary, supportive and unique experience outside the menu, where you can enjoy and collaborate.

A very special school-restaurant

With us, in addition to enjoying unique dishes, you are also collaborating with a project for labor and social integration.

If the work of Norte Joven were part of a restaurant menu, we would be those singular, exceptional culinary specialties, those dishes and elaborations in which the Chefs and their teams put all their attention, personality and love.

Those gastronomic proposals that are generally “off the menu”.

With this spirit, the Norte Joven school restaurant was born, an opportunity for the students we are training in Hospitality to carry out work practices in a real environment, in Fuera de Carta, the Norte Joven school restaurant.

All our students receive comprehensive and personalized training combined with professional training and support for social and labor insertion.

Our programs are directed by prestigious teachers and professionals who have extensive professional experience. Out of Menu is led by José Figueroa, Master Chef, graduated from the Higher School of Hospitality and Tourism of Madrid in the specialty of Hospitality and Manuel Plano, Master of Room, Master MBA in Tourism and Hotel Companies, Technical Specialist in Hospitality and Tourism in the specialty of Services and Master COFPyD Official Certificate of Pedagogical and Didactic Training in Vocational Training.

Located in our facilities on Calle Ribadavia, in the Barrio del Pilar, we have designed an attractive, spacious and welcoming space where you can enjoy our unique culinary experience and where the atmosphere is designed for the exclusivity and enjoyment of our guests.
