Combating youth unemployment is one of our challenges, and your company can help us. Collaborate by hiring one of the young persons trained at Norte Joven or encourage your suppliers and customers to do so.
It is really very easy. From the Labour Intermediation Service, we offer the following free services:

- Non-labour internships of vocational training

In addition and until March 2022, your business can benefit from the aid provided for hiring young people between the ages of 16 and 30 years, registered in Spain’s Youth Guarantee System. Norte Joven is an entity adhering to the Youth Guarantee Plan as part of the Youth Endeavour and Employment Strategy.
